Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. You can ask for an estimate before scheduling care.

For care scheduled 3–9 business days ahead, the estimate is due within 1 business day after scheduling. For care scheduled at least 10 business days ahead, or an estimate requested before scheduling, it is due within 3 business days.

You may be able to dispute a bill from a provider that is at least $400 above that provider’s estimate. Keep a copy of your estimate and bill.

Telehealth and emergencies

This practice provides online therapy for adults who are physically located in Pennsylvania during sessions. The practice is currently accepting individual clients only.

This practice is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies between sessions. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
