For referring providers

A clear picture of the practice, so you can make a thoughtful referral.

I offer online individual therapy for adults in Pennsylvania, with a focus on neurodivergence, sexual concerns, relationships, and gender-affirming care. This page is for clinicians considering a referral and anyone helping someone find support.

When a referral may be useful

Physicians, OB-GYNs, and pelvic floor therapists

Patients seeking support with the emotional or relationship impact of sexual pain, changes in desire or function, anxiety around sex, or communicating about intimacy. Therapy can accompany medical evaluation and physical therapy.

Care coordination

Therapy can be one part of a patient’s care. When coordination would be useful, I discuss the purpose and scope with the client and obtain the appropriate authorization before sharing clinical information.

The first contact can simply establish whether a referral is a potential fit. Please arrange a secure communication method before sending records or identifying clinical details.

How to refer

  1. Share the page that fits

Send the relevant service page so your patient can read about the work in their own time.

  2. Invite them to request a consult

Patients can request a free consult through SimplePractice to discuss fit and next steps.

  3. Discuss coordination if needed

Once the client wants to proceed, we can arrange any appropriate communication with their permission.

Questions before referring?

Call to discuss whether the practice may be a fit. If you leave a message, include your name, practice, and callback number. We can arrange a secure way to share any clinical details.
